Doc, Mark, and all, You got the right idea. And take a gander at the "keirin" model. Their just like the mod.101 of yesteryear. If we collectivly shouted loud enough, they might even make a few in black non-patent leather. A sharp razor blade will make short work of removing those "swoosh lightning bolt" things. If Duegi won't, maybe the local shoemaker could dye um so we would look normal. I'm always on the hunt on e-bay for size 41/42 mod. 101's.
