[CR]Question about Hayden Lugs

The Classic Rendezvous web site has a reference to what are presumed to be "Hayden" lug blanks at:

I have been told that my 1958 Australian built bike has Hayden lugs. It can be seen at:

Does anyone know who Hayden are, or were, and how long they have been making lugs? Is their history written up anywhere?
