Bike lovers:

One of my most recent acquisitions is an Italvega "Gran Rally".

The bike is equipped with: Campagnolo NR derailleurs and shifters Campy NR crankarms w/SR chainrings Campy GS alloy caged pedals Universal model 61 center-pull brakes Cinelli bar and stem wheels with Weinmann concave rims and lower end Atom/Normandy low flange QR hubs

The frame has the triangular shaped foil looking Columbus (3-main tube) sticker on the seat tube. There are two chrome bands around the mid-section of the seat tube, and chrome head lugs. The fork crown is the Cinelli full sloping, chrome plated. And the lower half of the fork blades and all stays and dropouts are chrome plated. The paint is nearly perfect with only a few small chips. The color is a pinkish metallic gold, kind of like the color of red brass.

I am not familiar with the history of this particular model of Italvega, and that is my reason for sharing this info with the group. Does anyone out there have information as to how much of the equipment on this bike is original?
