I Sold this bike last week to a friend who has just had a financial catastrophe and I told him I would try to resell it. The bike is a 54cm c-t that was built from a never built up frame and a NOS Campy SR gruppo. It has high flange hubs on new Mavic Open Pro wheels built with DT spokes in a 3 cross pattern. New Scott Mathauser break pads, new Sachs last generation 12-30 7 speed freewheel. This is the freewheel that doesn't click. Sort of neat to ride and hear only tire noise. New Vittoria Open Corsa Kevlar belted tires with Spinskins. Choice of San Marco Rolls Gold Plate saddle that certainly looks like Elephant hide or an extremely comfortable and well broken in and patinated Brooks Team Pro saddle. I have either a Thompson Elite or a one bolt Campy SR post for it. The SR post is not a NOS item. I can sell it without wheels for less if you want to put your own wheels on. It is a great black to gold fade paint that is nearly perfect. It had one small scratch on the non -drive stay that I have touched up and can hardly be found in bright sunlight. The bike has less than 100 miles on it and is nearly a NOS bike. It even has a sad romantic story connected with it that I will pass on to interested folks. I hate to sound like E-Bay hype here, but this is certainly one of the finest Colnago Masters in existence. I have many pics, and can negotiate some on wheels.
