This looks like a Lenton Grand Prix. I have a similar one from 1957 or '58. The CLB brakes are not original.

This was furnace brazed at the big Nottingham factory, the rear dropouts are the same as all the Raleigh built 3-speeds. See: http://sheldonbrown.com/english

Lentons I've seen had, at best, 3 main tubes straight-gauge 531. They are nice riding bikes, but not nearly as high end as, say, a PX-10.

If it has original Dunlop Special Lightweight rims in decent shape, they're the most valuable part, aside from, perhaps the front derailer.
