If it's really a 1959 (which is believable) that would be before the Carlton takeover by Raleigh in 1963 or so.. This bike is likely three tubes Reynolds.Nice wheels & front der. Also it has incorrect brakes I think.. Dale Brown Greensboro, North Carolina
