I've done business with "Ben's Bike" several times . Good people . But , they are a real bicycles shop , real big , real busy . It's just the luck of the draw , who will answer the telephone . It may be the enthusiastic high-school kid . It may be the veteran who's seen it all . They have some very knowledgeable folks there . But , I don't believe that they have anyone there who is as deeply nuts about historic cycling , as we here on the C. R. List are so lucky to be !

I want that bicycle . But , it's seat tube measurement , at 62 cm center-to-center means that it's just short of 25 inches center-to-top . My frame size is 60 cm to 61 cm , or 23 1/2 inch to 24 inch , center-to-top . Darn .

Love that fork crown ! That upper head lug looks slightly rusty . That lower headlug looks quite a bit rusty . I don't see how those lugs could be stainless steel . I've seen tiny rust spots , on certain alloys of stainless steel , after much exposure . But even the stainless steel alloys which will show tiny-tiny rust spots , would never really rust like that !
