Subject: [CR]Peugeot/Franceso Cuevas Rebuild

An acquaintance of mine, that I see each year when the National Ski Patrol for the region comes to our mountain for the certified test, were talking today and somehow we hit on the subject of bicycles. It turns out that Greg Bradley raced in the late ‘60’s and early ‘70’s for the 14th Street bicycle shop in New York. Greg rode for the CRCA. The realy cool part of our conversation came when he told me about one of his bikes. He had a Peugeot PX-10, that interestingly enough, when Francesco Cuevas saw it told Greg that it didn’t fit him all that well. Well Francesco took the bike and took it apart and did a custom rebuild on the frame. Greg and I talked bikes for quite awhile in which time I told him about the list and showed him the website. He is hoping to make it to the Cirque and bring his bike, not sure what it would be called, a Peugeot or Cuevas. It does have Cuevas decals on it now. Greg has promised to take photos and send them to me soon.

Looking like it will be around the mid 70’s tomorrow so one of the bikes will come off the hook.
