In regard to your Schwinn find, Veloce was a Schwinn model, but as it was
imported from Japan, it would have had Tange tubing. If the bike you saw is
not a Paramount, then it is a Superior. Schwinn reintroduced that model name
in a 531 frame about 1977 or so.
