There happens to be one on ebay right now. I stumbled across one at a LBS a few months ago, and the owner said it came from an importer via Mexico (some warehouse liquidation??) over 10 years ago...he didn't remember anything else about it. Impressions of Rarity are somewhat subjective, and sometimes regional.
