If I recall correctly that was made by a Sou. Cal co. named Composite Specialities or similar in the late 1970s.

Mossberg (the rifle etc., company from Belgium?) got talked into helping ($) market the bikes, did some advertising, press release type stuff, and then it disappeared.

Not very light, chrome plated steel lugs, complex to make, expensive and Graftek kicked it's butte. I bet very few were even made...

Strange but true.....
