Subject: [CR]WTB: Cinelli seat stay binder bolt

I am looking for a Cinelli seat stay binder bolt for an older Cinelli SLX bike. This is the seatpost binder bolt assembly that sits lower on the rear seat stays than most road frames and believe it is a 3 piece assembly.
