First of all, I have not seen every Bianchi ever made, I did ride them and race on them in the 60's. American Cyclery in S.F. sold them and Velo Sport in Berkeley sold them, there were a lot around. I believe the color Celeste was only used on the "Team Issue" bikes, lately I have talked to some of the guys I rode with and they believe only Team bikes came in "hospital green".
There is a photo of a Celeste Specialissima on the CR Bianchi section, I will bet its a re-paint.
Now, who can tell me when Bianchi fazed out the hidden head set, they were so famous for.
