Checking The Dancing Chain, those were made out of Delrin® (acetal resin). Searching Google for "delrin adhesive" came up with this link which is a good explanation/guide for repair. http://www.homemetalshopclub.org/news/may00/may00.html (scroll to middle of page) You might want to check some other links for suitable adhesives.
