Joe said, "Pinstriping is available on Waterford Paramount restorations for sure. It is not cheap and not quite as well done as the originals." I don't agree.

I have a 59 Paramount frameset I bought on Ebay for not a lot more than the cost of the repaint in blue it had just had at Waterford. The repaint included the "old" decals and beautiful white lug lining on the lugs and BB and great box striping on the frame and fork. I also have a 61, again a complete Waterford repaint with the slightly newer form of decals and box striping in fashion when first built.

Nothing too shabby about the care that went into the work on these two frames. Indeed, the paint and the hand work on the lug lining and box striping is outstanding. Price? Depends on when and where you checked prices for work of this caliber elsewhere. Very little now costs what it cost 40 years ago.
