Here's some hints from the Campagnlo Timeline at <http://www.velo-retro.com>:

"1958 - The Record 5-pin cotterless crankset (151mm bolt circle, 44 tooth minimum chainring) is introduced, along with Record one-piece alloy, small and large flange hubs (oval holes in flanges and oil hole clip). Patent on hollow chainring bolts with allen key hole and crank bolt cover with allen key hole."

"Notes: ...The lock nut on the hub axle typically is stamped with "CAM. 60" or some other number denoting the last two digits of the year of manufacture. The word "RECORD" was added to the hub barrels from 1963 onwards. The original "Open C" style Campagnolo logotype (imagine a U turned on its side) on the shift and Q.R. levers was changed to a "closed C" in 1958 with the introduction of the one-piece alloy Record hubs."
