Those who read of my dealing with Branford Bike and the absurd shipping charge will be pleased with the folllowing. I called Capital One to dispute the charges and they asked me how much I thought Branford owed me. I said about $4.50. They told me they did not dispute charges under $10.00 but they would credit my account $4.50 just so I would be a happy card holder. It's all in the luck of the draw.
