While not 'that old', the chrome lugs on my 1983 Tommasini Strada are very nice, as is the overall work on the lugs, engraved and panto chrome fork crown, panto SR components, etc. Very nice bike, and very happy to see that at least the heart of these bikes still survives in the 2003 Tecono, although the lugs are a pale shadow of what they once were, as is the paint and detail work. (I briefly had a 2002 Tommasini Sintesi frame that was sent to me new, but damaged in transit and returned for credit. Okay, but nothing to write home about. It was replaced by a CInelli Super Corsa for my 2003 "Classic Italian" ride.) Dave Novoselsky Chicago Illinois
