It seems that bruceygoosey, also located Down Under, likes everything Frank sells, from bike components to Royal Daulton character mugs. Bruceygoosey also has bid on the current Malvern Star track bike.

Thefork on the Malvern Star has a capital "F" engraved into the top of the crown. This most likely denotes that the fork was built by Bob Farleigh, a well known Melbourne framebuilder.

I bet that the Tecnotrat frame is much newer than claimed. Notwithstanding the alleged 120mm OLN dropout spacing, this frame appears to have the investment cast seat lug that was typical of Tecnotrat frames in the mid-to-late eighties.
