I think the headlug is stamped BCM for Bocama, not ECM. I think it's not Italian, partly because the drop outs don't look Italian, there aren't any reinforcements on the bridges, and the seat stay treatment. My guess would be Gitane, with the bb tapped oversize to Italian thread. Basis for guess is seatstays and the 68mm shell and the "non-italian" prior comments. What's the
seatpost size?
