I just scored a 70's/80's Picchio Special from an individual and would appreciate some assistance in dating. There is no Serial # that I can find on the bike. It requires nutted brakes, has Picchio dropouts, and has cable guides on top of the BB. It's a really cool (read, retro/vintage) root beer metallic. It has hand filed, cutout lugs. Not as nice as Dale's but still pretty cool. It was NOS, but has some chips from laying around the shop. Any information would be extremely welcome.
I can provide jpegs if anyone would care to attempt to date the frame/fork.
