Thanks The thing that caught my eye was the inlays on the head tube and tob tube. Jill has a weakness for those and please rest assured, she and I will get to ride it at special events. She does not wall art as well as kinetic sculptur e. Tom, Mark, and Marty are all in this history.

While I know that many guys walk out of the barbershop and whip out the comb to re-do their doo, I left the Pauley as it was and installed a very old and used (but clean) roll of yellow Benotto on behalf of tom. I will get the seat back from Marty and give him another ike it or find one to use.

Thanks everyone for your contributions. As much as I like the Pauley and it was the best 'hard good' I've ever taken home from a show, it was way behind the memories and kindled human interactions.

Jill will want to know the history. hopefully I'll show her the bike at Proteus Thursday (It's 'stump larry' night) before she reads all this upon her return from family matters in upstate NY. Harvey and I brought a few of her bikes but there were no bites. We will be listing them soon and hopefullly harv and I can help her list and move some to helpthe Proteus project.

Thanks for the show, everyone
