Well, guys, it looks like I'll finally be able to get caught up on my CR reading this weekend. It appears I'm at least 4 days behind, and that doesn't happen very often. It's just that I've been putting it off because... well, it's so darned tough to read. I thought it was bad before Cirque, hearing about all the plans and preparations, all the while knowing I couldn't go... But hearing the stories after you all got home, jeez, that's worse. Did you all have to have such a good time? (uh, well, except for Dale with his foot... hope you're feelin' better, fella).

But then a miracle happened... this monster storm hit north Georgia 'bout a week or so ago and the runoff hit Columbus yesterday. My favorite bike path (called The Riverwalk because, surprise, it runs along the Chatahoochee River) is now under 15 feet of water. Looks like I may not be riding tomorrow like I planned (Mike at the LBS did say he'd loan me his high-water bike with the 27x13.4 tires, but I really don't know if I'm up to it, it takes 2 1/2 hours just to get 'em pumped up). Guess maybe I'll just curl up in front of the computer in my fuzzy bunny slippers* and read some CR instead.

Best wishes, guys... nice to have you all back.
