The GB bars are 25.4 mm, of course, because that happens to be 1", a nice even English dimension, none of this metric foolishness. However, I also seem to recall that these came with TTT stems on the Raliegh Pro. I believe the TTT stems had a 26.0 mm bar clamp as compared to 26.4 for Cinelli, so at least the TTT was closer to fitting the GB bars, but it does seem one would have really had to tighten the bar clamp bolt to keep the bars from slipping. Unless TTT made a 25.4 stem special for Raleigh, or Raleigh used a shim, but I've never heard that either was the case. Anyone on the list who sold Raleigh Pros know the answer?
