FS: Vitus 979 (aluminum) frame, Frame (no fork) for sale. 56 cm ctc, red anodized main tubes with one short scratch, clear head and rear triangle. English BB. Cast BB and head with internal lugs, assumed to have been glued together. All threads clean and work fine (bb, derailleur hanger, shifter mounts on DT, rear cable runs through top tube with nice fittings. Complete with Vitus under-bracket cable guide. Vitus tubing sticker at top of down tube; Vitus brand stickers on top tube, followed by stickers with 3 riders. Left sticker has damaged V. .jpgs and minor dimensions (chainstay length, etc) available offline.
This bike was shown at my table at Cirque, and attracted overwhelming inattention and lack of interest there. I'm not a good salesperson. Just get it off my hands, my C*dale feels insulted. Vertical drops are not optimum for conversion to fixed gear, either.
