One wheel over the timeline here, but this Alberto Masi has some interesting points I think. I can't recall seeing a Masi with the tubing maker indicated by this form of lettering on the seat tube (Tubi Excell). The fork crown is fully chromed, and the headbadge is noteworthy, being generally absent during this time period. This frame is currently at the Japanese auction. Apparently it is unused.
