[CR]1958 Hetchins Experto Crede for sale again

I had a buyer for this frame a few weeks ago who has already paid me for it, but he has had some family problems before I shipped it and I have offered to resell it for him. It is a 23" 1958 Hetchins Experto Crede Straight Stay. Has the rare and beautiful double fluted or gold fluted seatstay tops. It was recently painted and nicely decalled and pinstriped in England and looks very nice. I have put a NOS TDCross headset in it.
