Hello, An interesting English bike for sale uses tires that are 26" x 1-3/8". The seller said that this size tire was used on many English Lightweight bicycles of the 60s. I am not able to see the bike in person and would like to know if this is true or is this size just a weird tire measurement that is actually the same as a common 27" wheel or 700c.
