Subject: [CR]Nervex lugs for sale: a final three-lug, three-set package deal

I have for sale my last three three-lug sets of Nervex Pro' lugs. Unlike the others I've sold, these last three sets have been modified -- most framebuilders would probably agree -- they've been modified in a good way. Here's the hitch: the seat ears are no longer hollow; they retain the original outside shape but have been bored out and a nice, solid, standard seat binder has been brazed into the ears. The solid ears are pre-slit also for ease of finishing up the binder slit after the frame build. Also, one of the three bottom head lugs has had half the outer head ring sanded off -- again, not a problem for the builder who chooses to remove this excess to enable window cut-outs -- or for the builder who just prefers it that way. I like to grind 'em off, and have done so on a very exquisite Nervex-lugged, 753, Bill Holland frame I made once upon a time. Regardless, two sets have the rings, so, these three sets could result in three frames or, a ya get a couple lugs to srew up on, and then, voila, a happy result. First $150 gets 'em. Thanks, Joe Starck, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
