[CR]New message board - neo-classical bicycles

Hi, all.

I think that the time is right to start a discussion of what I think of as the 'new classics'. I won't define what I think a new classic is just yet. I fear that I might exclude those that deservse inclusion.

And I don't have access to a list server at the moment, so I'm using a message board from one of the new 'remote host' services that are available.
