These are offered by Vance Sprock at Cupertino Bike Shop. Standard disclaimer - I do not stand to benefit in any way from this sale.

Here we go, the real deal. Cinelli Steel Track bars, Model 14. Size 38cm center to center, 25.4 clamp diameter. (I know, I know, but I measured it and clamped it in a stem, it's 25.4 for sure). These have been re-chromed by a chromer that is familiar with fine bicycle work. The tape will cover most if not all of the flaws left. The good: These look great! They appear to be straight, the chrome turned out nice, and they have a certain presence to them that just says vintage. The bad: there is some pitting on the lower part that would be hidden by the tape.
