I've been having no problem, in fact I just received a shipment of Zeus stuff from BC. This took several emails, as VISA initially refused the charge as they were suspicious of a charge by a business in Holland. I guess if it was a restaurant or hotel, they'd have figured I was on vacation, but a bike shop made them suspicious. Had to call to assure VISA this charge was legit, but all my emails to Renaissance were answered promptly. I did find that it can now take two weeks or more to receive a shipment from Holland. Evidently, the Dutch authorities refuse to do a lot to help the Americans suppress drug shipments from Holland into the US, so US Customs has retaliated by giving parcels from Holland especially close scrutiny. But be patient, everything will arive in good time, or if there is any problem with a shipment, BC will do whatever is required to make it right. BC is a great resource in Europe for English-speaking collectors worldwide.

Baron is exceptionally busy right now trying to clear his feet of a build up of orders. I didn't hear anything back initially after placing an order recently and emailed him to say I wasn't in any rush but could he confirm receipt of the order. I got a very quick response from his wife saying they had it and it would be processed as quickly as possible.

BC's a gentleman and doesn't take offence easily as I should know after cancelling the above order because an EU sales tax bumped the price up too far! It's another good reason for the UK to withdraw from further European integration and hook up to the US economy (dodgy though it may be at the moment, it's still better than most of Europe). Of course, the EU sales tax doesn't apply to US buyers.

Even if he were a bit touchy and tardy, you'd still have to forgive someone with a name like Baron...:-)
