Wasn't the Gentleman a narrow rim like a Mavic MA-2?

The two colors for the Super Champion labels identified 700c vs. 27" rims, but I can't recall which was which. If I had to guess I'd say red was 27" and blue was 700c. But it's been a while since I've seen one.
