The '85 Le tour Luxe came in bright blue and equipped with cantis. Later catalogs I don't have. Prior to that it had calipers(centers '83, sides '84). Stainless steel, stamped[?] d/o's. Columbus Tenax (seamed d/butted) main tubes. cromoloy stays. Fork is high tensile Tange. Weinmann rims 40 spoke rear. 25 lbs average.

In '85 the Voyageur and Voyageur SP were each rated at 24 lbs.

But this is a 1985 bicycle and clearly off-topic.

CLASSIC CONTENT: Does anybody know whatever happened to the gal cyclist on the cover of the '85 Schwinn catalog?

Do her fenders or bumpers contribute to overall aerodynamic drag?

And did the art director get to keep his job after selecting the artful hydration senario?

Has anybody done business with her before? Why doesn't she answer my emails?
