ta was founded in 1947, and their first products were chainwheels and adaptors - their first square taper crankset (the pro 5 vis, what many know as the cyclotouriste) was introduced in 1963 - i dont have a date for the bottom bracket, but id guess it was at roughly the same time - there were earlier bbs to fit the cottered/cotterless "criterium" crankset, and the only difference would be the spindle...
