OK OK.. I long ago emailed Ray that the helmet thing was OT even though I support helmets yada yada. He agreed but many others jumped in with their helmet stuff. I guess it's human nature but does not show much restraint and thought by those contributors.

This is a perfect example of where a harmless little OT excursion ends up consuming a lot of band width. Seems like you let the kids talk during study hall, what can it hurt, and then the whole class goes crazy...

Now do you all get it, how all the "let's change the basics and talk about what I want" fudges things up?
