Subject: [CR]FS or trade: yet another set of nice wheels

Maillard 500 hubs, silkscreened labels in good shape, low-flange, 36-hole, 126 axle. Correct, matching, Maillard QR levers, skewers and black-plastic nuts, in good shape.

Mated to silver-anodized Weinmann concave clincher rims in reasonably clean, used condition.

3x heavy-duty-ish straight-guage stainless spokes, marked with three raised dots on the ends.

13x26 freewheel included. Not marked, looks like a japanese 4-notch of some kind. Later Suntour maybe?

Included also are matching Continental 700c x 28 Grand Sport tires in good, clean condition. Lots of miles left on these.

Hubs run slightly rough, but can probably be rebuilt easily enough. They say "sealed mechanism" on them, but they don't look like sealed-bearings to me..still, they may be, and will thus require sealed bearings. Someone here no-doubt knows for sure, and can enlighten us...

$125 shipped in CONUS. Or make me an offer.

Thanks.

I will trade either or both sets of wheels I just put up for sale, for something interesting of similar value, like a 151bcd Campagnolo crank set, or a pair of steel Record track pedals, or a pair of con denti track pedals, plus/minus cash, or some other trade goodie.

Or, of course, cash is just fine. I accept PayPal.
