It's probably better to have an older pair of H tools in our interest. Mine are old; I just added one more pair of spacers/washers to be used for 130mm spacing. Works great, less filling! I don't know what modern H tools are like, but if they don't work for 120mm spacing then what use are they? A track bike (the most important bikes) are always going to be 120mm anyway. I hope "they" haven't forgotten about track bikes!!
