I know the guy selling the bike. I believe the bike is/was a raleigh pro - you can tell by the fastback seat cluster. The seller rides a 531 raleigh team but he's interested in selling that one too. i think he parts out bikes and then converts the frames to fixed gears in order to move the frames (most frames are junk but not this one.) anyway he made most of his money on the parts so he can let the frame go for $91 + $35("boxing") = $126.00 which is the final price.

I bought 4 items from him two weeks ago, picked them up locally, and they were just fine, and in fact, he reads this mailing list (his name is Sterling Peters).

Anyway, in my opinion lots of used reynolds 531 frames sell for $100 on ebay if they have been repainted or are non-original, so the price seems to be exactly right at the moment. This one doesn't even have a head badge so it would hard to restore.
