I can tell this is a MECHANICS FORUM,you all think in terms of what wrench or socket you use and thus assign a "SIZE"
The Bolt we are discussing is actually 8MM in diameter which takes a 6mm ALLEN WRENCH,or in the case of the bolts we want to replace a 13mm wrench.
size is actually 8x45MM, problem is it has a 1.0MM pitch not the almost universal 1.25mm.
To source a 8X45X1.0 allen bolt I think is going to be very difficult(someone might try METRIC and MULTI STANDARD but I think their minimum is at least $50)
Maybe there is a stash of those OEM allens out there?
First alternative might be to find an application for the 8MM bolt, like FERRARI brake caliper then you would just go to the local dealer and order one.
Alternative would be purchasing a longer 8MM allen ,cutting treaded portion off and re-threading with an 8X1 die which is available.(I think 8X60 would do it) I would concider an A4 stainless allen to eliminate any refinishing .
Or we could do as CHUCK recommends and just leave it alone......it is a very beautiful piece with low head and relieved center with shiny chrome plating.
