one thing to keep in mind. i did the same thing to one of my rivendells. i carefully bent it back as much as i could, and then took it to my friends at the bike store. they used the frame alignment tool to finish the job. HOWEVER, the threading on the derailleur hanger is slightly out of whack, and it has stripped two pivot bolts so far. whenever i can afford it, i will have the whole dropout replaced.
