I've decided it's time to sell my California Masi GC.

In spite of my best efforts, I don't pretend to be as expert as most of the folks on this list, so I'll just do my best here and anyone interested should feel free to ask lots of questions.

The BB is marked 179 and MC 60. It's painted a medium blue metallic with yellow accents. I'm sure this is a repaint. Top tube cable guides were added when the frame was repainted by the original owner. I bought it 2 years ago from the original owner, who didn't know who did the repaint. I can't find any flaws in the paint, though I can't swear there aren't any tiny nicks. It has the gorgeous double plate fork crown. The chrome is excellent.

Components: NR derailleurs (rear is Pat 73), Martano rims, flat quick releases on the brake calipers, Old logo Cinelli bar and stem, new Velox bar tape (black) and fresh brake hoods (the new ones a list member had made from old hoods a while back before he was shut down by Campy). Campy pedals. The pedals and the headset have a little superficial rust. NOS Unicantor saddle.

It's great riding bike.

I know there will be details I've neglected to mention. I have a few pictures now that I can send to anyone seriously interested. I'll get them posted to a website in the next couple of days so those just curious can see it, too.

I'd like $1000 for it, plus shipping. Please tell me if that seems out of line.

Thanks,
Dennis Cotcamp
