Chris- I tend to agree with most others in that it looks like an Italian make from the 60s or so. However, the mix of 70s Dia-compe brakes, an 80s Avocet saddle, and that funky placed shifter (brand=???), makes me think that its a "Heinz-57", peiced together from Lord only knows what.
