Yet another tragic loss among the CR family. I'd only gotten to really know Dave over the last year or so, after meeting him at Velo Rendezvous last year. While at the Cirque this past year, we realized that we had mutual cycling friends, some going back many, many years, and had some great conversations about them. He was also one of the few of us that lost our way on one of the rides, so we ambled back together, just chatting about what a great event the Cirque was, and how we were such a like-minded community. What a terrible loss to all of us, but my sympathies go especially to Brian, who I know had a great personal relationship with Dave.
