I also have access to a Universal Brake lever. I am not sure if the $45 below refers to just one brake lever or if its a misprint. But mine is in very good used condition without a hood, and you can have it for FREE. Just pay for the shipping and its yours. In '75, brand new, with cables and calipers, the mod. 61s went for $16, and the super 68s went for $18. If you figure that the lever was a $4.50 part of the brakeset, I guess inflation has made prices jump 10-fold in 28 years, but I am not sure how that was calculated. cheers, Dave Anderson Cut Bank MT
