[CR]Benelux Tourist Mk 8 dating and lever needed

Folks:

I recently purchased a Benelux Tourist Mark 8 rear derailleur and would like to know the approximate date of introduction. The seller has another one up on eBay at the present:

While it came with the clamp-on fitting for the shift lever, no lever was supplied. Does anyone have an appropriate Cyclo Benelux lever kicking around? Need not be NOS.
