In response to my post, a list member recently sent me a most excellent set of these shifters for a very fair price for a user restoration. Sparing the details, I feel it is another great example of how some list enthusiasts work to help each other keep period bikes assembled and out on the road, rather than stripped and sold to the highest bidder (for example, see the auction below).
