Rivendell did not sell them, but mentioned the name and address of a guy who made them. I did buy a pair to fit Campag brakes, and they are very nice...match the honey colored saddle nicely on an old Cinelli that I ride. So, if you have a source for old Rivendell readers maybe you can find the guy. I knew I should have saved those old readers.

I recall (perhaps incorrectly?) that Rivendell used to sell leather brake hoods. Does anyone know a source or a method for making leather brake hoods? Seems like that would be a great option to gum rubber hoods on any vintage bike.
