[CR]50's gillot frame ?

got a 21'' frame for 27x11/4'' wheels from the dump, ornate lugwork V similar to the Gillot on CR (burgundy one) single downtube lever braze on, single brazed on cable guide under BB, grease port forward facing in centre of BB with a screw in plug, RGB or RGF cast in an oval in the top non drive side of BB. 2 pump pegs facing up on downtube and a cable stop under rear stay ,rear stays are finely tapered to the end with long dropouts.sweeping curve to front forks the fork crown boss is similar to an old raliegh but the centre point is longer and finishes in a broadish spearpoint. a front fork boss for light/ dynamo? is provided as are mudguard braze ons .headset is identical to one on CR cranks are chromed steel 3 arm Williams dated 1957 ring dated 1962 .original colour appears to be black though no transfers are evident it is light ish and serial no is 3016 .....any ideas
