Thiought I would give you first shot at this bianchi. I know your intersted in this brand. It is a near mint if not mint 58 CM Bianchi Super Pista track bike. It is a 1981 is celeste in color (of course) has beautiful decals. Very few little imperfections in paint Probably none larger than .030 or so. Has Campagnolo 165 crankset with 50 tooth chain ring and 15 tooth cog with Campagnolo Record track pedals. Ale steel toe clips with Binad toe straps. It has Campagnolo super record track high flange hubs with four cross tied and soldered (done beautifully) with Mavic OR10 gold anodized rims. Needs tires as the originals are now approaching 22 years old. It has TTTaluminum track stem and bars (stem has Bianchi pantograph). Beautiful Campagnolo headset. Campagnolo seatpost (with Bianchi pantograph) and Cinelli suede covered saddle. I bought this bike and rode it in 1982 at the San Jose track (probably less that 6 or 8 times). Everything on it is original and it has been in storage ever since. I no longer have room for this bike and think it should find its way to someone more involved in the sport. Seems to me this is either a show bike or one to hang on the wall. It is a classic example of fine Bianchi craftsmanship with beautiful lugs, chrome Campagnolo ends and some really neat decals. Looking for $900 for this bike.
